I start the car it runs fine for 15/20 minutes stop and go and freeway, then the car starts to run ruff, ideals very erratic starts missing then stalls. After 15/20 minutes I start it up again and it runs fine and does it again etc.

Chrysler replaced the Oxygen sensors and I replaced the Fuel Pump, it did not help. The error codes I am getting now are 201,202,203,204, 0032, 0038. Do you think it could be the fuel pressure regulator?

I am surprised the dealership resorted to replacing the sensors. It has to do with the heater circuit (ground back at the PCM), You need to check the continuity in the PCM ground wire to back to the sensors. P0201, P0202, P0203, P0204

I would start with the ASD relay first. Check the PCM ground next (as it has to do with the other set of MIL), before I replace the pressure regulator.
