2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser timing

2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2002 pt cruiser 2.4 engine. I'm trying to
put a new timing belt on and I have got my cam
shaft gears out of alignment and my crank marks
are off about a 1/4 inch. With the belt on if I turn
the crank shaft until my marks line up on top dead
center on compression stroke. How do I move the
cam shaft gears to line up which should be around
three oclock and the crank should be around twelve
oclock. thanks for your help.
