My car has been problem free until 100 K miles. First a head gasket (Including valve job, new radiator, new fan), Car ran good for about ten minutes. Started very low idle causing engine to die. Rechecked timing. Reset timing. Same problem. Disconnect PVC hose and idle picks up to normal, but has a stumble on take offs. I have reset timing 3 times with same problem.

Inspect and test the idle air control motor and throttle position sensor-also clean out the EGR valve
