I can hear and feel a click or single clunking noise every time I accelerate or decelerate coming from the front end. Reminds me of the older cars I had with rear wheel drive that sound like when a U joint was going bad. Only thing is on this Pacifica there is no vbiration or shimmy like a bad U jpint. It rides great at all speeds, nice and smooth, just that klunk when I let up or step on the gas while driving down the road which seems to be getting worse.
Any suggestions.
The dealer could not find the problem until I persisted in my complaint as the noise got louder.
Then they found that as I quote from the service rep that a nut was found loose and was re tightened.
It took only about 5 minutes to fix once they located it. They would not let in the shop to show me while it was up on the rack for safety reasons ???
My guess is that it was an axle nut on the left front axle allowing it to slip in and out with slack in it.
That took care of the problem .
