Hello. When I turn on my windshield wipers, they only work on the slow intermittent setting, no matter which position the switch is in. They remain at this slow speed in every speed position. check the fuses where are they? Thanks for your help!

This is more than likely the high low relay for the wipers. I am attaching the info below but here is a couple guides that will help with testing this:
