2005 Chrysler Pacifica lifter noise

this is a 3.8 and i understand this is a common problem. Lifter have been changed but still makes the noise. sound like a single lifter same as before

Did the replacement of the lifters fix the problem? Do you think continued use of the car will further damage the engine? Any recommendations because I am told to change all the lifters to fix the problem. If you have some ideas, please post or email me at [email protected]. Thanks, Will
