need help finding a relay swicth???

my lighter and horn are no longer working so i did what i thought i should...changed the fuse.. well when that didn't help me someone told me i should check the relay switch...what is this and where would i find this? any help would make my day thanks a bunch

the relay is like an on and off switch that helps to control a certain circuit. there is no relay for the lighter circuit, but there is a horn relay you could test
