code 1391 on dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.9 litre

I have a code 1391 on my 1999 dodge ram.I have already replaced the cam position sensor and it still won't start.It had 3 codes on it the first was a P0340 the second a P1391 and the 3rd was a P0740 What is a cmp on the 1391 code?Thanks,Nate.

Are you sure on the code number? Can't find any reference. Did you address the P0740 ?
