2003 Other Chrysler Models Heater Fan

I have a 2003 Grand Caravan Van. When I turn off the heater the fan continues to to blow. I cannot seem to get the fan to shut off. What is the problem ?

The silly engineers have this insane need to unnecessarily complicate an otherwise simple, reliable system with a computer. One of the common problems is overheated and shorted switching transistors inside the computer. Replacement of the computer module is the fix.
