I have a 2003 Chrysler Voyager and it was working perfectly until it was left for 8days in cold weather with snow, I tried to start it but it wouldnt start. I replaced the battery with a brand new one, but it still wont start. Do you think it may be the starter motor?

What's the symptoms? "Doesn't start" is like "I'm in pain". Please read "Tips for successfully getting help!" near the top of the list of posts.

Does it crank but not run? Is there a single clunk from the starter but it doesn't crank the engine? Is there no sound at all from the starter? Did it just crank too slow? What tests led you to replace the battery? How bright do the headlights or dome lights stay while trying to crank the engine?
