My fan switch (to control the speed of air flow for heat and a/c) has a problem. When I turn the switch/knob? I can get it to turn totally off or full blast. Nothing in between works. There are three or four notches in between off and full blast. The car is a 2000 Chrysler LXI, 3.8 liter with about 120.000 miles on it.

Where is this fuse? Is it under the dash with all the others or is there a different place for this one?
