If you mean the anti-theft system is preventing the engine from running more than two seconds each time you start it, the system is turned off by unlocking the door with the key. If that doesn't work, the switch in the door could be disconnected or a wire could be broken between the door hinges. In that case, try unlocking the passenger door with the key.
