transmission slipping

i have a 1994 chrysler newyorker it has 107,000 miles ,its has a 3.5L engine.i has a rebuilt transmission put in two years ago and now its slipping

Change the fluid ( correct type ) and filter. An engine in need of major tune-up and other preventive maintenances required can cause the tranny to act up-
