1995 Chrysler New Yorker timing chain

Is there a way to knock a timing chain back in place so that my car can start up again? Someone told me there is a lever I can pull to do this but I want to be sure.

no there is no lever to pull. The chain if it's slipped has stretched and needs replacing.....
