Hi,
The car has new rotors, calipers, and pads on the front. The system has been bled. The problem is the front brakes are not releasing properly. Driving the car only a few miles and you end up with the brakes grabbing. Your car should coast when you take it out of gear but it comes to a stop and you can feel the heat and smell the brakes. I don't want to hurt the transmission so I am asking for a little help with this problem. Thanks for your help on this matter.

Check the ABS unit if it has one-and check the brake hoses could be collasped internally acting as a one way check valve-

The problem with my New Yorker ended up being the clamps that hold the rubber hose to the struts were rusted and corroded so bad that they pinched the hoses. I pried the clamps loose and the brake calipers release fine now. Thanks for the help rasmataz!!
