1992 Chrysler New Yorker cruise control

i have a 1992 new yorker and the cruise control stopped working .i checked the fuse,the switches and the actuator,brake light switch apears to be working but still no light comes on .it might be cheaper to just buy an after market then try to fix this one but let me know what else to check since there is a maze of wires under there. is there a module somewhere that might be out
