my vacuum doors on my heater core assembly dont work could it be my vacuum pumps my control pannel ? everything else works fine

Hi:
The vacuum supplieds for heater control comes from the engine. Therefore, I recommend to tace the vacuum hose from the engine to the switch inside the car. Look for cracks, pinching, or broken hose,
