I am having trouble locating the relay block. It is not near the fuse box under the dashboard. Where on the vehicle is the relay block for the flasher located?Please be specific eg; under the dashboard panel(in which case needs to be removed to fix flasher problem) in the trunk or under the hood and where under the hood. I need specifics please
