1988 Chrysler New Yorker Fuel pump relay

With that first component location diagram, I was in error. I just looked at your fuel pump wiring diagram in two separate databases. You don't have a fuel pump relay, it shows the fuel pump gets voltage from the asd relay. The database showed more than one Chrysler New Yorker, still not positive which one you have?? Sorry about the mix-up, all I can do is go by the database. The asd relay also supplies primary voltage to coil-- injectors-- 02 heater circuit. If the computer doesn't see rpm signal, it won't ground the relay. You need to check applicable trouble codes. The red wire at the relay is hot all the time. Voltage and ground for the coil side of relay comes from the computer. If you stay on the original post, I'll be notified when you ask another question.

Trouble codes show as 12, 55. I do have spark and it will run for a few seconds if I spray quick start in the intake. So it does seem like a fuel issue.

I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage. Also, with engine cranking, check voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector. Dark green wire with black tracer is voltage. Gray wire is ground. If you have good voltage and ground, with no pump action, suspect the pump.
