Turning signals not working, where is turn signal flasher?

[b] I have a '91 Chrysler LHS. My turn signals are not working. Where is the turn signal flasher, if this vehicle has one and if not, why would they stop working. The exterior turn signal lights stay on but won't flash.[/b]

Flasher located in fuse panel,while sitting in the car should be by your left knee,sounds like you have a burnt out bulb,does one side work normally?
