1999 Chrysler LHS 1999 LHS CODES P1684, P1289, P0172?

I hate to say this but being a dealership trained technician who works with Chryslers the Pcodes are never used in a dealership. You need to access just Chryslers codes to be exact. The battery disconnect is normal, why the bank is running too rich may just be a bad or disconnected o2sensor(front), the p1289 code is foreign to me. Also using the key method on a 99 is ok for getting a flashing light but not accurate enough to make any diagnostics for a sure fix, try getting a scan either from a DRBIII that any Dodge or Jeep dealer also has or just get a good generic scan from a reputable shop, after the work you have done(which would cause this) it may be ok and you may just need to reset the engine computers. Then drive it and recheck it with a scanner and see what you get. They sell a great scanner here at the store, it's cheap and believe me, you be able to use it with most any car. Autozone will scan it with theirs also. OK, good luck. A scanner can also let you moniter the o2 system.

1. P1684: Battery Disconnected Within Last 50 Starts

2. P1289: Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit High Input

3. P0172: System Too Rich (Bank 1)

For the second and third code it sounds like you have a partially clogged catalytic converter. To be sure here is a guide to help as well, you might need to raise the car up for testing after the test drive.
