1996 Chrysler LHS Sound not coming out after install of aft

I was installing an after maket radio on the above named car and as I was searching for speakers wires sound started coming out so I figured I found one so I went to plug in the antenna to get better sound and then the speakers stoped working I got the wiring diagram off the factory website and still no sound does anyone know what could of happen I checked all the fuses the radio still has power and works in another car so I know its not the radio what could this be ????
