1995 Chrysler LHS Water leak under car

1995 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl 160000 miles

Water coolant leaking from the front bottom of car.White smoke coming from exsast.Car won't hold water. Was told it could be the water pump.Quesion with the water pump down will that cause white smoke and the car to lose pressure?

White smoke is an indication of coolant in the exhaust and a head or headgasket failure
replacing a leaky water pump will help in stopping the leak under the car
but the white smoke will continue on
should have the heads and headgasket checked
