the top on my 1994 LeBaron Covertible will not work. Changed the fuse, still does not work. Any suggestions?

Grab a test light and test for power at the motor connector, if you get power, replace the motor, if not find the short in the wires! You should check the #3 curcuit breaker in the fuse panel for continuity.
