1989 Chrysler Le Baron 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The heater motor stays on controls are out blown fuse 20amp when the fuse is instaled it blows that one 30amp fuse removed for the heater motor shuts off the motor and can install the 20amp fuse

If the switch is bad the 20 anp fuse will blow. The 30 amp fuse is for the blower motor, and not for the switch. Remove the switch. If brown and burnt, replace it. Re-install it's 20 amp fuse, re-install the blower motor 30 amp fuse, then check your total climate control operation.
