I am getting what I believe is coolant in my oil. when I had last oil change they showed me the old oil which was beige milky looking and had a gas smell. 3weeks after that the oil on the dip stick looks the same and the level is way past maximum

Yes you have oil in coolant. Mostlikely blown head gasket on intake gasket. White smoke from exhaust?
Adding coolant? Rough startup in A.M.?
