My Heater/AC fan quit working. I replaced the Blower resistor in the summer when the high speed wouldnt work, It worked fine until now, No speeds work now, Every now and then it will kick on. Whats your thoughts on this. I replaced the fuse but nothing. Thanks for your help

Hi:

Have you checked or replaced the switch? Or, it could be the motor itself or a loose connection. The only way to tell is to check for power to the motor. If you have it, the switch is good and the motor is bad unless the resistor you replaced has gone bad again.

It sound like you have a loose connection or that the motor itself is just dying, I had a similar situation with one of my cars. The motor would not come on unless you tapped on the motors casing then it would start working. It turned out that the brushes were worn excessively. Replaced the motor and everything runs good now.
