Engine Cooling problem
2001 Chysler Grand Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my radiator as bk pressure the top hose gets hard n we have to relieve the pressure from the cap,not long ago i put some rad weld in but i did it when the water was cold could this have caused a blockage.or could it be a head gasket gone how can i tell,many thanx for any help....
