1999 Plymouth Grand VoyagerSE Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 230000 miles

I have a 1999 Plymouth Grand VoyagerSE that the instrument panel stopped working periodically but now does not work at all. The van still runs fine. It has over 200,000 miles on it. The turn signal light, dash illuminator light still works. What could be wrong? Is it an electrical or computer problem?

Try with the key off out of ignition restting cluster to do this key off push trip odometer reset button in until odometer area starts flashing then release and let it go through its sequence then start vehicle and see if all is well with it.
