Transmission problem

My voyager is making a woring noise when i am driving it and also losing power sometimes especially uphill.
Cruise control not working but the light onthe dash board still shows its working.
there are 4 lights which flick just on thebottom of the radio .on the rear wiper buttons. What is causing the problem and how can it be fixed?
