1996 Plymouth Voyager LE 3.8ltr Engine Light on

We have a 1996 Plymouth Voyager LE 3.8ltr 2 wheel drive that has the check engine light come on and the engine is missing sometimes on one or two cylinders. The diagnostic check shows # 12 and 43
Any ideas as to what this could be? Mileage is 154,000.

Last year we had a Chrysler reconditioned Computer and a new ignition coil installed. :)

Have the codes read at autozone, it's free and post em here 12 and 43 are not good codes! an engine missfire should show up as P0300 301 would indicate #1 cylinder...get it?
