On three occasions during the last two weeks, when I have attempted to start my car, all of the dashboard idiot lights come on, all of the electricals, radio, fans, etc. work but the engine won't turn over. There is no clicking sound and it is not a weak battery. After about a half hour, the engine starts. A Chrysler dealer and a local repair garage have both spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem, but have had no success. According to the car's service record, a new ignition switch was installed about five months ago.
