My car will not start when I place the key in the ignition and the alarm goes off, I have already replaced the batteries in the key

HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM, YOU MIGHT NEED A NEW ENGINE COMPUTER. MINE WAS COVERED BY SOME WARRANTEE I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT, SO CHECK WITH YOUR DEALER 1ST. PART COST- ABOUT $200 OR LESS
