1994 Chrysler Conquest

ABS light has nothing to do with p/w operation or cooling/heating of the vehicle. I surmise that you have 3 separate problem.

1. ABS light. You need to get that checked out by a scan tool capable of scanning ABS module. The scanner at Autozone and CSK/O'Reilly will not do.

2. I need to know exactly the year and model of the Conquest. You typed as 1994 model year, but Conquest was discontinued in 1990, and turbo or non-turbo.
