1989 Chrysler Conquest brake calipers change out

i just changed out my rear brake calipers on my 1989 chrysler coquest and when i bled the brakes they stay locked up unless i relieve pressure why does it do this?

Hi:
When this happens, shake the rubber line going to the caliper. I have seen them deteriate inside and only allow pressure to go one direction.
