2001 Chrysler Concorde 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my car wont shift into any gear .I can select any gear
from my shifter but my car wont move .I think this mite be the valve body .Please help

Has the check engine light come on? It could be the TCM. Also, is the trans full and clean or is the fluid brown and smell burnt? Did this happen all at once?
