Electrical problem
2000 Chrysler Concorde 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 90K miles

Had a problem with driver window and removed inner door panel. Found a bent arm inside the door preventing proper window operation. My problem was when I replaced the door panel. Radio and electric locks do not work. The horn honks everytime I start the car and scares the heck out of people at the gas pumps. I checked fuses and also removed the same door panel again to find no wires pinched or cut. Tried removing (-) cable from battery for reset. Nothing has worked. Any advice would be great.

Check for broken wire/wires in the harness going from the body of the car to the driver's door. Also check the connector to the electric door lock switch in the driver's door, there may be a bent or loose terminal.
Just a couple Ideas, things I have found.
Let me know.

This sounds like the BCM is going out, to be sure we should do a CAN scan which will help confirm the failure. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

https://youtu.be/u-4syLc-ifQ

Here is the location of the BCM and how to change it out, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay.

REMOVAL
1. Remove the Junction Block/BCM from the vehicle. Refer to Power and Ground Distribution / Fuse Block / Service and Repair for Removal and Installation.
See: Fuse Block > Procedures

2. Remove the four BCM attaching screws from the Junction Block.
3. Disconnect BCM from the Junction Block.

NOTE:
- The Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) module is attached to the BCM with three screws. This must be transferred (if equipped) to the new BCM.
- If the BCM is replaced, the Vehicle Theft/Security System (VTSS (if equipped) must be enabled in the new BCM via the DRB III in order to start the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedures. Ensure that the wire terminals and connectors are in good condition and connectors are properly installed when reinstalling Junction Block/BCM.

Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
