Hi,
I have the power steering hose off and trying to replace with a new one pressure hose. What is the
best way to do so. Not much room to work in.

There really isn't any one way that is better. You are absolutely correct when you say there is not too much room. The only thing I can tell you is that if you can gain access to a lift to place the car on and lift it into the air, it will be much easier.
