2000 Chrysler Concorde How do you change the back right tai

I have a replacement tail light and i know how to unscrew the tail light from the car, where I'm confused at is how do i disconnect the cables from the tail light so i can replace it with my new tail light. The first picture shows the cables that i am talking about that is currently connected from my car and tail light. The second picture shows that connection zoomed in. The third picture is just another angle. The fourth picture is the connection that is on the new replacement tail light. I would really appreciate it, if someone could tell me how to disconnect the cables from the old tail light and to plug in the cables from the new one to my car.
