I have replaced no less than three heator resistors on my 1999 Chrysler Concorde. They seem to run for anywhere from a week to a month and just quit. The fan naturally defaults to high speed only. Do you think it is more of a fan motor problem than a resistor problem. We are using OEM parts each time. Thanks for your thoughts.

heater motor must be drawing to many amps I'm surprised fuse is not blowing. Check amp draw on motorif more than 10amps replace.
