HI, IF ANYONE IS FAMILIAR WITH THE 1999 CHRYSLER CONCORDE, IM HAVING A HELL OF A TIME CHANGING MY HEADLIGHTS! DO YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE FRONT BUMPER? IF YOU KNOW, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I'VE BEEN DIVING ON MY HIGHBEAMS FOR 3 WEEKS!

No u can't get to them from under the hood, there's all kind of stuff blocking! It looks to me like u have to remove the front bumper, but I wanna make sure there's not an easier way before I start takin it all apart!

Is there a way to remove the headlight assembly without taking the bumper off. I can't believe they designed it so you have to remove the bumper to replace a bulb. I'll check if I see one tomorrow.

Yeah I really don't understand myself! I've changed bulbs in many other cars and I know its usually nothing, but this 99 concorde I just don't get it! I even got an oil change at a walmart where they do tires and other basics but they couldn't do it either! If u can find anything out, it would be much appreciated! Thanks!
