The blower motor on the heat and A/C system runs on high speed only even with the heat and A/C system (Automatic Temp Control) turned off. The only way I can turn the blower motor off is to remove the 30 amp fuse. Everyone tells me the resistor is the problem, but I can't understand how the blower motor is getting power if the system is turned off. Help!

It has an ignition feed straight into it. If it shorted internally it will power the fan all of the time. Check the connector for damage as wel
