hopeing this question gets to jdl123, if not please review my previous question & reply. i have a 2nd question about the same problem but could not respond directly to jdl123.
i followed jdl's advice & found the following:
im getting voltage under hood at fuse D, but found no voltage at junction (fuse) block going to lo-beam relay (under dash). does this mean the problem is the junction block itself? if not, how do i tell which plug on the back of the block is the one thats supposed to deliver voltage to that circuit?
