Electrical problem

Just recently when I start my car I am unable to put the windows down, the heater doesn't work and my Airbag light stays on. If I turn the key slightly before starting it, I can use the windows (every other time I try this). I have no idea what the problem could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
