1997 Chrysler Concorde Belt Squealing

First off I have a belt issue. The belt only squeals when the heater is running and then not continuous. It randomly does while driving down the road and then stops again. I already replaced the belt and pulley and had it adjusted. It doesn't do it when idling so my mechanic can't figure it out.
Second, the check engine light has been on since I got the car 9 months ago. I had it scanned and nothing comes up. It's been checked 4 times at 3 different places with no results. The light stays on all the time but then suddenly goes off for a few seconds while driving and comes back on. The air bag light comes on occassionally but the air bag was checked and is tested good.
Third all the gauges will occassionally not work but if you smack the dash they come back up. I'm thinking the car is posessed by trolls!!!

The gauges are all plugged into a cluster, this cluster gets power and ground, it's connectors may be slightly corroded or the circuit board may be shot. Try unplugging and plugging it back on. The weak point of the air bag is it's connector, take off the 4 10 mm nuts, unplug it and plug it back in. Make sure that the mounts are properly grounded. Did someone leave a ground strap off? Check them, the engine must be attached to the body and frame, while at the same time insulated with rubber, that is why these straps with clips on them are used. They get thrown away, I know, I have a few in my box. A ground fault can screw everything up. Also, after all this, make sure this battery ground is good and that it is not hooked up when you do any work at all, especially on the air bag. Leave it disconnected over night. The belt may have a bad compressor clutch it is trying to drive, the cars are set up to give you heat, but with no moisture in it, so it may be coming on. Change the self adjuster mechanism if it hasn't already been done and be sure the pulleys are checked and the alignment also. Hope I helped you somehow.
