where do I locate the turn signal relay or relays to replace... Are there 1 or 2 relays and which one operates the turn signals and four way flashers ?...

you have 1 flasher called the combination flasher relay which runs both the signals as well as the hazard lights. it can be found behind the dash, between the junction block and the brake pedal.
