1994 Chrysler Concorde instrument panle lights

I have problem with the instrument panel lights, when I turn the switch, the lights in the dashboard and instruments donth work, I remove the Right panel, in the dashboard, and move the conector in the bcm and the lights come on, but again go off, then I know have a false, my question is, what color is the wiring that cause the false?, the conector have a multiple wiring, and I need remove the kick panel to access to the bcm, and I want, to know what wiring I need check.
