95 cirrus lxi. 139k mi Replaced all rear drum brake hardware including cylinders. With cylinders off, pedel bleeding to flush lines, with motor running, driver side would pass brake fluid, passenger side would not. Blocked driver side with a plug, then tried again. Passenger side passed fluid with stiff brake peddle.

Reassembled brakes. before attempting to bleed lines, pressing brake activates driver side brake and locks up the drum. have to open bleeder to release.

What is causing difficult bleeding and lockup?

THIS PROBLEM WAS SOLVED BY REPLACING BOTH FLEXIBLE BRAKE HOSES BETWEEN FRAME AND BRAKE ASSEMBLY.
