In checking out reviews of the 99 Cirrus I find it common that the blower motor eventually goes out on the low side (Only blows at high speed). I have had the "Resistor" replaced twice within 3 weeks - both times the resistor has gone bad. I'm about to take it in a third time for this - What could be the problem?? Comments appreciated!! Jim
