1996 Chrysler Cirrus Will not start

If you have spark at the plugs, engine cranking, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Can you check for codes?

Thanks for your response, I have also checked to see if the car was getting fuel by disconecting the fuel line and trying to start to see if fuel comes out.. None came so I am inclined to believe it is the fuel pump. Is their anything else I should check? Thanks Tom

Can you hear the pump run for a couple of seconds, key on, no crank? Check the circuits at the pump relay. If that checks out, check for good voltage and ground at the pump connector, engine cranking. If everything checks out, and no pump action, I suspect the pump. Don't forget the fuel filter.
